The house is situated on a beautiful lot with an unobstructed 180\u00b0 westerly view of the Aegean.<\/p>

Olive trees on the property are some of the most beautiful and oldest on the entire island – up to 1,000 years old!\u00a0<\/p>

There is a large garden with a variety of fruit trees.<\/p>

The villa was built with materials and architectural features of traditional houses on Skopelos.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

With no immediate neighbors, there is a feeling of privacy.<\/p>

Bedrooms<\/em>: On the main level there are two bedrooms: one with two single beds, the other with a double.\u00a0 \u00a0On the lower level there is one large open plan room with three single beds.\u00a0 The lower level is reached by an external staircase.\u00a0 Each room has its own independent air conditioning unit.<\/p>

Bathrooms<\/em>:\u00a0 There is a large family bathroom on the main level with a shower \/ bath.\u00a0 There is a second bathroom on the lower level with shower.<\/p>

Living room, Kitchen & Dining table<\/em>:\u00a0 The open plan living area on the main floor includes the kitchen, indoor dining table and living room.\u00a0 This beautiful space has extra large windows and a glass door providing amazing views of the port of Loutraki and the Aegean sea from indoors, in any weather.\u00a0<\/p>

Kitchen<\/em>:\u00a0 The open kitchen is well appointed with custom made cabinetry.\u00a0 The equipment includes electric stovetop & oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge\/freezer, double sink and good quality utensils & glassware.\u00a0 \u00a0Dishwasher\u00a0*new* for 2025<\/em>!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Living Room<\/em>:\u00a0 The living room area has a beautiful fireplace with two large sofas and a large comfortable single chair.\u00a0 There is a coffee table perfect for playing cards with the family.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

Outside areas<\/em>:\u00a0 There are numerous outside areas around the property to enjoy the spectacular views and nature of Skopelos.<\/p>

Upper terrace<\/em>: From the main floor living area there is direct access to the large upper terrace with spectacular uninterrupted westerly views towards Skiathos, Evia, Mount Pelion and Mount Parnassus.\u00a0<\/p>

The port of Loutraki is in easy view allowing the observation of the coming and goings of the various ferries serving Skopelos as well as the pleasure craft and local fishing vessels.\u00a0<\/p>

Lower terrace<\/em>:\u00a0 The lower terrace is reached by an external stairway on the northwest side of the house or by walking down from the pool deck and through the garden.\u00a0 The views are equally stunning as those from the upper terrace.<\/p>

Pool area<\/em>:\u00a0 The pool and sun lounging area are on the same level as the main living area of the house with easy accessibility.<\/p>

Parking<\/em>:\u00a0 There is ample space for parking two vehicles on the property, inside the entrance gate.<\/p>

Washing Machine<\/em>: There is a clothes washing machine on the main floor, located in a cabinet in the hallway next to the bathroom.<\/p>

Au tous des fran\u00e7ais <\/em>! <\/strong><\/h5>

Nous avons pass\u00e9 un merveilleux s\u00e9jour au Rova Panorama avec nos trois enfants (\u00e2g\u00e9s de 11 \u00e0 15 ans).<\/p>

Tout \u00e9tait parfait et charmant, avec une vue incroyable sur la grotte des dauphins, la mer, la vall\u00e9e des bateaux et l’agitation de Loutiaki en contrebas…<\/p>

Le jardin \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s joli, avec beaucoup d’endroits ombrag\u00e9s et des chaises confortables pour s’asseoir, soit sur la terrasse, soit sur la pelouse.<\/p>

La grande chambre au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e \u00e9tait parfaite pour nos adolescents, et toutes les commodit\u00e9s \u00e9taient en parfait \u00e9tat.<\/p>

Merci \u00e0 Greg et Authoula pour leur hospitalit\u00e9. Skopelos est loin, mais sublime.<\/p>

Beautiful home.. lovely pool<\/em>\u00a0<\/h5>

Thank you.\u00a0 Thank you for the trip of a lifetime!\u00a0 We and our 4 girls (4 – 14) have had a wonderful stay here.\u00a0 We are in love with the island!!\u00a0 And your beautiful home has simply made it – so well thought through, great communication & service, comfortable in both stories and 40 degrees Celsius!\u00a0 The children have spent countless hours in the lovely pool – only leaving it when we dragged them off to another adventure!\u00a0 We have seen all over this precious place over the past two weeks – from monasteries, to Skopelos city’s beautiful streets, to deserted beaches, boat trips and even jet skies @ Elios – a favorite of the girls!\u00a0 Milia we have returned to several times for the snorkeling and Loutraki for thee waffles @ Aramis!<\/p>

What a revelation<\/em><\/h5>

We stayed with 6, 4 teenagers & 2 adults.\u00a0 What a revelation.\u00a0<\/p>

The moment we came in…. of course the view,\u00a0 but the rest comes afterwards… the love & spirit in the house, the perfect ( BBQ \ud83d\ude42 ) equipment, the service, the pool, the airco on the hot days.\u00a0<\/p>

We have ourself a second home and a B&B. We know what it takes to create such a place, to maintain such a place… But you do it because it’s part of your vision, who you are, who you want to be.\u00a0<\/p>

im Paradies<\/em><\/h5>

welch sch\u00f6ne Zeit durften wir in der Villa Panorama verleben!<\/p>

Man \u00f6ffnet das Tor, eine kleine private Welt geht vor einem auf und man denkt, man ist im Paradies. Die uralten Olivenb\u00e4ume, die einen empfangen, dann der Blick in das unendliche Blau von Meer und Himmel, der t\u00fcrkisschimmernde Pool
und dann das wundersch\u00f6ne Haus mit der einzigartigen Terrasse haben uns immer wieder neu erfreut. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gef\u00fchlt und das\u00a0 Anwesen wie einen Realit\u00e4t gewordenen Traum empfunden. Die Ruhe und Entspannung, die wir gesucht haben, haben wir hier gefunden. Habt vielen Dank daf\u00fcr, dass Ihr Euer Haus f\u00fcr G\u00e4ste ge\u00f6ffnet habt. Denn wir kommen gerne wieder!<\/p>

Toller Urlaub<\/i><\/h5>

Es ist sicher:\u00a0 Wir w\u00fcrden sehr gerne wieder einmal G\u00e4ste sein in der Villa Panorama!\u00a0 Der Hafen ist besser als jeder Fernseher, der Pool und die Aussenanlage besser zum Erholen als jedes Spa!\u00a0 Jeden Tag frische Fr\u00fcchte ernten und geniessen, zum Calamari oder Octopus Zitronensaft direkt vom Baum – was f\u00fcr ein Genuss!<\/p>

Und dann erst die Insel:\u00a0 Man schafft es wirklich leicht, seine “eigenen” lauschigen Buchten, Str\u00e4nde und Pl\u00e4tze zu finden!<\/p>

Fantastic House<\/em><\/h5>

Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to rent your fantastic house on Skopelos.<\/p>

We and our grown up kids and their girl\/boyfriends really enjoyed the fantastic setting with a charming house, 180 degree view of the Aegean sea, morning runs\/walks from the house to the harbour in Loutraki followed by a dip in the sea and a coffee, late dinners greek white wine on the balcony to the sound of crickets and amazing sunsets.<\/p>

We would love to come back and have already recommended your place to our friends here in Denmark.<\/p>
