This beautiful villa is located in the settlement of Kato Klima just outside of the village of Glossa on the island of Skopelos. Its secluded location feels private, despite its proximity to the beaches, Loutraki port, the Mamma Mia church and the village itself. The two terraces and the pool area have unobstructed westerly views of the Aegean.
The panoramic view takes in the islands of Evia & Skiathos, Mount Pelion and away to the mainland as far as Mount Parnassus.

Olive trees on the property are some of the most beautiful and oldest on the entire island – up to 1,000 years old!
There is a large garden with a variety of fruit trees.
The villa was built with materials and architectural features of traditional houses on Skopelos.
With no immediate neighbors, there is a feeling of privacy.

Fantastic House
Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to rent your fantastic house on Skopelos.
We and our grown up kids and their girl/boyfriends really enjoyed the fantastic setting with a charming house, 180 degree view of the Aegean sea, morning runs/walks from the house to the harbour in Loutraki followed by a dip in the sea and a coffee, late dinners greek white wine on the balcony to the sound of crickets and amazing sunsets.
We would love to come back and have already recommended your place to our friends here in Denmark.

Wonderful Holiday
We have had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa. Thank you for allowing us to stay. The views are just incredible and the pool has kept us all entertained and cool.
The walk from our front door to the Agios Ionnis (Mamma Mia) church was hot but well worth it.
We thoroughly recommend kayaking from Milia beach as well as a day pottering around on a motorboat.
There is so much to do here, we could have definitely stayed longer.
Thank you so much,
Caroline G.

Wonderful time
We have had a wonderful time at your villa.
My 5 year old boy loved the pool. He stayed in the pool even in bad weather. Sadly the weather was the only bad thing in our vacation. We caught 3 days of cloudy and very windy weather.
Your villa is very beautiful, the view is amazing, great comfortable living room. I loved the garden with many trees. We even watered them.
….
Thank you,
Szilard B.

Wonderful Villa
Another amazing week in this wonderful villa! This is our third visit and hopefully it won`t be the last. It really ticks all our boxes. The situation is amazing, fantastic views across the sea and down to the little port of Loutraki, different terraces so that you can be warm or cool and an exciting drive down the lane, we also love the ancient olive trees. Nice walking straight from the door and the little village of Glossa is a real gem, unspoilt by tourism. Lovely swimming pool and very well- appointed house with everything you need. …

Superbe
Belle villa Panorama qui port bien son nom.
We’re a six-person family from France. This place is huge and the panoramas terrific. This island looks like a paradise! We really enjoy to stay here. Anthoula is so kind and help us to find a car (the path deserves a like in our case).
We wish you a great success here. You deserve it.
