Villa Panorama is a private holiday villa near Glossa, Skopelos, with a private pool and spectacular panoramic views across the Aegean Sea. Set among ancient olive trees in peaceful Kato Klima, the villa offers complete privacy while remaining close to beaches, Loutraki port and the famous Mamma Mia church. The two terraces and the pool area have unobstructed westerly views of the Aegean.
From the terraces and pool, enjoy sweeping views across the Aegean towards Skiathos, Evia and Mount Pelion, with unforgettable sunsets directly in front of the villa.
About Villa Panorama
Villa Panorama is set in a peaceful private garden overlooking the Aegean, with an unobstructed 180° westerly view and spectacular sunsets. Ancient olive trees—some believed to be up to 1,000 years old—surround the property, together with a variety of fruit trees.
Built using materials and architectural features inspired by traditional Skopelos houses, the villa combines authentic island character with modern comfort. With no immediate neighbours, guests can enjoy a wonderful sense of privacy and tranquillity.
Bedrooms: The main level has two bedrooms: one with two single beds and one with a double bed. On the lower level is a spacious open-plan room with three single beds, reached by an external staircase. All sleeping areas have independent air conditioning.
Bathrooms: The main level has a large family bathroom with a bath and shower. A second bathroom with shower is located on the lower level.
Living & dining: The open-plan main living area includes the kitchen, indoor dining area and comfortable living room. Large windows and a glass door provide beautiful views over Loutraki and the Aegean Sea.
Kitchen: The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric stovetop and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double sink and a good selection of utensils and glassware.
Outdoor living: Villa Panorama has several outdoor areas for relaxing, dining and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The terraces and pool area make the most of the villa’s spectacular west-facing position and panoramic Aegean views.
Upper terrace: Directly accessible from the main living area, the large upper terrace has uninterrupted views towards Skiathos, Evia and Mount Pelion. It is an ideal place for outdoor dining and watching the sunset over the Aegean. Loutraki port can also be seen below, with ferries, pleasure boats and local fishing vessels coming and going.
Lower terrace & garden: An external staircase leads to the lower terrace and garden, offering another peaceful outdoor area with equally beautiful views.
Private pool: The private swimming pool and sunbathing area are conveniently located on the same level as the main living area, surrounded by terraces and olive trees.
Parking & practical amenities: Private parking is available for two vehicles inside the entrance gate. The villa also has a washing machine and fast, stable Starlink internet.

Stunning villa
As a family we only do villa holidays so experienced quite a few. This villa in the beautiful island of Skopelos will rank very high in our experiences.
Host was very responsive and provided excellent communication throughout.
Property managers were able to greet us and always on hand.
Everything clean at the villa and the aircon was super efficient. Bedrooms well proportioned and beds are very comfortable.
The best though is that view. Wow. Never got tired off looking over to Skiathos and the mainland or watching the boats and ferries dock at Loutraki below from either the pool, one of balconies or just in the living area.
No shortage of outside options to set up camp either. I enjoyed the sunbeds, the outside chairs or retreating to the hammock under the Olive trees.
Highly recommend a stay if you are looking to book.

An absolutely dreamy holiday!
We had a wonderful and unforgettable time in your fantastic holiday home.
We enjoyed every minute of our stay and the house leaves nothing to be desired.
Our absolute highlight every day was the terrace – the view of the red, blue sea with the islands is simply breathtaking and magical at any time of the day!

Ein Juwel!
Wir sind gleich im nächsten Jahr zur selben Zeit wiedergekommen, gerade weil die Erinnerung an letztes Jahr, über die dunkle Jahreszeit hinweg nicht verblasst ist.

Die Villa von Brigitta und Greg ist ein wunderbarer Ort der Entspannung für uns Großstadtmenschen, die sonst nur Häuserfluchten vor Augen haben. Sie bietet allen Komfort, die von uns viel genutzte Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, und die Außenbereiche bieten vielfältige Sitzplätze für die verschiedenen Tageszeiten.
Ein großes Dankeschön für dieses Juwel! Dank auch an Anita und Graham, die uns vor Ort prima betreut haben.
Gut möglich, dass wir demnächst das Gefühl haben, weitere schöne Flecken auf dieser „grünsten“ Insel entdecken zu wollen!

What a revelation
We stayed with 6, 4 teenagers & 2 adults. What a revelation.
The moment we came in…. of course the view, but the rest comes afterwards… the love & spirit in the house, the perfect ( BBQ 🙂 ) equipment, the service, the pool, the airco on the hot days.
We have ourself a second home and a B&B. We know what it takes to create such a place, to maintain such a place… But you do it because it’s part of your vision, who you are, who you want to be.

Au tous des français !
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au Rova Panorama avec nos trois enfants (âgés de 11 à 15 ans).
Tout était parfait et charmant, avec une vue incroyable sur la grotte des dauphins, la mer, la vallée des bateaux et l’agitation de Loutiaki en contrebas…
Le jardin était très joli, avec beaucoup d’endroits ombragés et des chaises confortables pour s’asseoir, soit sur la terrasse, soit sur la pelouse.
La grande chambre au rez-de-chaussée était parfaite pour nos adolescents, et toutes les commodités étaient en parfait état.
Merci à Greg et Authoula pour leur hospitalité. Skopelos est loin, mais sublime.

Beautiful home.. lovely pool
Thank you. Thank you for the trip of a lifetime! We and our 4 girls (4 – 14) have had a wonderful stay here. We are in love with the island!! And your beautiful home has simply made it – so well thought through, great communication & service, comfortable in both stories and 40 degrees Celsius! The children have spent countless hours in the lovely pool – only leaving it when we dragged them off to another adventure! We have seen all over this precious place over the past two weeks – from monasteries, to Skopelos city’s beautiful streets, to deserted beaches, boat trips and even jet skies @ Elios – a favorite of the girls! Milia we have returned to several times for the snorkeling and Loutraki for thee waffles @ Aramis!
